RARE Tagrut Tone, Luang Phor Sut, Wat Kalong, Nua Faa
Baat. A 4 inches long Tagrut, a roll of metal sheet engraved with cabalistic
writings inside, put in a string crochet case, and painted with oil-based
metallic gold paint. The metal sheet was made from lid of Luang Phor Sut’s alms
bowl (begging bowl), the alms bowl lid was made from brass. Inside of this
Tagrut Tone was engraved with “Yant Takraw”, a rattan ball cabalistic writing
created by Luang Phor Sut. The string crochet case was made from nylon string
used for making fishing net, the Samut Sakhon Province its main industries are
fishery and sea salt. Made by Luang phor Sut of Wat Kalong, Samut Sakhon
Province in BE 2521 (CE 1978).

Faa Baat, an alms bowl lid
The almsgiving, each early morning the Thai monks walk along
the streets, a morning ritual to collect food offerings for their daily meal,
in return they pray for the people. The food is usually placed in a bowl, which
is dubbed alms bowl or 'begging bowl', and after arriving at their temples they
sometimes use alms bowl lids as plates, the lids are mostly made of brass. It

LUANG PHOR SUT OF WAT KALONG
Luang Phor Sut was born on May 7, BE 2445 (CE 1902) at Ban
Kor Yai, Kamhai, Roi Et Province in a rice farmer family. Luang Phor Sut became
a novice at the age of 16 at Wat Klang Phanom Phrai, Roi Et Province. Luang
Phor Sut ordained as a monk at Wat Kalong, Samut Sakhon at the age of 20, later
Luang Phor Sut was promoted as the Abbot of Wat Kalong until Luang Phor Sut
passed away on Aug 14, BE 2526 (CE 1983).

Luang Phor Sut blessed amulets over 100
Blessing/Consecration Ceremonies, and Luang Phor Sut was one of Guru Monks who
were invited to attend the Blessing/Consecration Ceremony of Batch of amulets
made to commemorate the 25th Century of Buddhism in BE 2500 (CE 1957)

TEE YAI
Tee Yai (born Pairoj Changkian; 1952 – July 26, 1981), was
born in Ratchaburi. Tee Yai was an outlaw, the legendary bandit, a hit man, and
the most wanted criminal of Thailand between 1973 - 1981, who killed, robbed,
and kidnapped countless of victims in Ratchaburi, central Thailand, and
Bangkok. Tee Yai also attacked the prisons in Thailand to help his associates break
out of jails. Royal Thai Police Bureau hunted Tee Yai either dead or alive, but
Tee Yai had evaded capture for years.
Tee Yai was a worshipper / devotee of Luang Phor Sut of Wat
Kalong, Samut Sakhon Province. Tee Yai had a Tagrut Tone belt cord, and Rian
Sua Penn (a coin amulet with a cabalistic writings in form of a woven rattan
ball in the back) with him at all time. It is believed that Tee Yai gained
power from Luang Phor Sut’s amulets that made him invisible while escaping the
police, and safe and sound without any injury after gunfights. Those amulets
helped Tee Yai Klawklad Plodpai (bringing safety, and pushing him away from all
danger), Kongkraphan (making him invulnerable to all weapon attack), and
Maha-ut (stopping gun from shooting at him or missing its aiming target).
A day before Tee Yai was shot and killed, his Luang Phor
Sut’s amulets were stolen by one of his associates. Tee Yai and his associate
drove to visit Luang Phor Sut at Wat Kalong and Tee Yai would ask Luang Phor
Sut for a replacement, unfortunately, Luang Phor Sut was not at Wat Kalong, and
later Tee Yai was surrounded by the police during the hunt, shot and killed at
the age of 29.
